ROADS across Dorset have been cleared after they were blocked by fallen trees.

Strong winds overnight felled trees at Broadmayne and Wareham.

Council workers have spent the morning removing the road blockages and just two blockages remain.

They are near North Allington, Bridport and at North Street in Winterbourne Kingston.

The road is partially blocked near the Winterbourne Kingston junction because of a fallen tree.

A tree which was partially blocking the A352 main road at Broadmayne between the Knighton Lane junction and the A353 junction has been cleared.

The A351 Sandford Road in Wareham hs now been cleared.

It was partially blocked in both directions near the Organford Road junction because of a fallen tree.

A fallen tree on the B3162 at Stoke Abbott, between Broadwater and Bridport, has been cleared.
