GIVE-AWAY: Representatives of recipient groups are pictured with their cheques
PUPILS at Sticklands Primary School will be treated to new computer equipment thanks to the record amount of funds raised by this year’s Evershot Country Fair. Committee members presented cheques of £700 to several beneficiaries, including the school, Little Acorns Play Group and the Evershot Village Hall and community fund.
Committee member Lee Wicks said: “Many people contributed to making this year’s country fair a success and can be proud of a result that makes a difference to our village charities.”
