Coastguards called to help kite surfer
COASTGUARDS were alerted when a kite surfer lost his board in Portland Harbour.
The Weymouth RNLI Lifeboat was also tasked due to the challenging weather conditions but stood down when the kite surfer made it safely to shore by himself just before 3pm yesterday.
