Teenager arrested
Police have arrested a teenager in connection with an attempted robbery.
Officers appealed for witnesses after a street attack on a 47-year-old local man, who suffered a broken rib.
The attack took place in the Beverley Road area on Sunday, January 5.
Anyone with information should ring 101, quoting incident number 05:140 or to call Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
