TRACY ALANA COLCLOUGH, also known as TRACEY ALLANA VAN NIKKELEN KUYPER, aged 43, of Greenways. Admitted driving a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in 100 millilitres of breath was 130 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres in breath. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for one year. Ordered to comply with a supervision requirement. Fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 30 months.
DANNY THOMAS MAGUIRE, aged 32, of Grove Road. Found guilty in absence of failing to hand over a ticket for inspection on a train when required to do so. Fined £200 and ordered to pay compensation of £2.15 and costs of £140.
STEPHEN JEFFERY, aged 40, of High Street, Fortuneswell. Admitted driving at a speed exceeding 60mph on a single carriageway. Fined £415 and ordered to pay costs of £35. Licence endorsed with five penalty points.
LIAM MICHAEL NAYLOR, aged 26, of Rip Croft. Admitted driving at a speed exceeding 30mph on a restricted road. Fined £265 and ordered to pay costs of £35. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.
