The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres in breath. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for one year. Ordered to comply with a supervision requirement. Fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 30 months.
DANNY THOMAS MAGUIRE, aged 32, of Grove Road. Found guilty in absence of failing to hand over a ticket for inspection on a train when required to do so. Fined £200 and ordered to pay compensation of £2.15 and costs of £140.
STEPHEN JEFFERY, aged 40, of High Street, Fortuneswell. Admitted driving at a speed exceeding 60mph on a single carriageway. Fined £415 and ordered to pay costs of £35. Licence endorsed with five penalty points.
LIAM MICHAEL NAYLOR, aged 26, of Rip Croft. Admitted driving at a speed exceeding 30mph on a restricted road. Fined £265 and ordered to pay costs of £35. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.
