POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a bike was stolen.
The bicycle was taken from premises in Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth, some time between 2pm on Sunday January 12 and 6pm on Tuesday January 14.
The men’s red and black Diamondback Summit Air mountain bike was stolen from a communal area of the property.
Weymouth Police acting inspector Justin Elliott said: “The loss of this bike has caused a lot of inconvenience for the victim.
“I am keen to speak to anyone who has been offered such a bike for an unusually low price or in suspicious circumstances.
“I urge witnesses and anyone with information that can help with the investigation to come forward.
“All calls are treated with the strictest confidence.”
