String quartet to perform on Dorchester High Street
THE Navarra String Quartet will be performing in an event organised by the Dorset County Museum Music Society.
The foursome will be performing music from composers Mozart, Borodin and Beethoven at the Dorchester museum, on High West Street, from 7.30pm on Wednesday, February 19.
The quartet – which features Magnus Johnston, Simone van der Giessen, Marije Johnston and Brian O’Kane – was formed in 2002 and has established an international reputation.
Tickets cost £12 or just £2 for students and are available from the museum shop on 01305 756827.
