Injured woman airlifted from ferry
AN injured woman was airlifted off a ferry by the coastguard helicopter.
The woman is feared to have suffered a fracture after falling down steps on Brittany Ferries' Cap Finistère vessel sailing off the Purbeck coast.
She was taken off the ship at approximately 2pm this afternoon and flown to Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester for treatment.
