DURNOVARIANS are being urged to show off their artistic side.
Dorchester Art Club meets most Monday evenings and Thursday afternoons at St George’s Church Hall in Fordington and is encouraging new people to get involved.
Its spring programme is already well under way and includes a wide variety of subjects, workshops and demonstrations.
Members are also being reminded that the club’s annual general meeting is on Monday, February 17, from 7pm.
Later that week, on the afternoon of February 20, there will be a demonstration from Veronica Hudston entitled ‘Mono-printing – Impressionist style’.
The event costs £3 for members and £5 for non-members.
New members are always welcome to come along to events.
