KRISTIN PAUL FRANKLIN WILLIAMS, aged 40, of Carlton Road North. Admitted damaging an advertising sign to the value of £348 in St Thomas Street in Weymouth. Ordered to pay compensation of £174.

DORMAH JOHN VETIER also known as DORMAH JOHN RENDELL, aged 37, of Canberra Crescent. Found guilty in absence of driving at a speed exceeding 30mph on a restricted road. Fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Licence endorsed with five penalty points. Also found guilty in absence of failing to produce a driving licence when required to do so. Fined £200.

DAVID KELVIN KELLY, also known as DAVID BURGESS, aged 36, of Howard Close, Wyke Regis. Admitted stealing a jacket to the value of £129.99 from a store in New Bond Street, Weymouth. Discharged conditionally for 18 months and ordered to pay compensation of £129.99.

DANIEL THOMAS MARSTON, aged 28, of Doncaster Road. Admitted driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs. Also admitted criminal damage to property, namely damaging a cupboard to the value of £372.85 at Weymouth Police Station custody suite. Made subject to a community order with requirement to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next year. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 22 months. Also admitted driving a vehicle on a road or public place without due care and attention. No separate penalty.
