I really think your reporters or editor need to take some educatioal exams in english. Yes the stories are fine but the punctuation is crap.

The council workers and the community have done a tremendous job of clearing up, drains pumped as well. Thank you for all your hard work, very much appreciated.

I really don't know why Preston Beach Rd needs to be closed, the wind's round the other way and there's hardly any waves along there. Possibly the Police or Environment Agency or whoever over-reacting there a bit.

Oh, quelle surprise. No LIVE feed! Seriously, people are checking this for live updates on travel, floods, weather during these adverse conditions. People are depending on you. You are not here! I think you really need to reconsider calling these 'LIVE' There is a whole load of weather and flooding going on right now and you are yet again silent.Get pro-active or at least drop the word LIVE. Very misleading.
