Five held in fraud investigation
Five people were arrested following an operation in Wareham carried out by police supported by colleagues from the Department for Work and Pensions and the RSPCA.
Two men and two women were arrested on suspicion of fraud. A 38-year-old man from Poole was arrested on suspicion of drug offences.
A number of animals were taken away including dogs, birds and cockerels.
