DORCHESTER host Wimborne tomorrow hoping to end their winless run in Southern Counties South (2pm).

The county town side, who have not won in the league since their 10-0 victory over Corsham on September 28, will look to get one over their fifth-placed Dorset counterparts.

The tasty derby, which was postponed last week due to a waterlogged Coburg Road pitch, follows on from another all-Dorset fixture for Martyn Peel’s men last time out when they fell 26-5 to North Dorset.

Bridport are also back in action this weekend at basement boys Salisbury Seconds.

The Blues have lost four of their last five games in Dorset & Wilts One South but they are sure to fancy their chances tomorrow, particularly after last Saturday’s encouraging display against table-toppers Blandford.

Third-bottom Bridport went down 22-15 at East Street but showed great battling qualities throughout to pick up the losing bonus point.

Salisbury have lost all 14 of their league games so far this season but they did run the Blues close back at the start of the October when they lost out 17-12 at the Brewery Ground.

Swanage & Wareham Thirds travel to Wimborne Thirds in Dorset & Wilts Three South, while Weymouth Thirds entertain Bournemouth IV in Dorset & Wilts Four.

Bridport Seconds will also be in action in Dorset & Wilts Four at Ellingham & Ringwood Thirds.
