A BURGLAR who stole jewellery and two televisions from a Weymouth home has been warned he faces a jail term.
Patrick Patterson, of Maiden Street, Weymouth, pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary when at Dorchester Crown Court.
The 27-year-old admitted stealing jewellery and two 19in flat-screen televisions to a value of £2,450 from a property in Bedford Road between February 4 and February 8.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and Patterson was remanded in custody.
Judge Roger Jarvis said: “He needs to know that he faces the possibility of a prison sentence but the court will make its mind up once it has read the contents of a pre-sentence report.”
He will be sentenced at Bournemouth on March 20.
