ROSS ALEXANDER JAMES MOORE, aged 34, of Waytown, Bridport. Found guilty in absence of using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance. Fined £600 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Licence endorsed with three penalty points. Also found guilty in absence of failing to produce a driving licence when required to do so by a police constable. Fined £200.
