VICTORIA JEAN MORGAN, aged 38, of Alner Road, Blandford Forum. Admitted driving a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in 100 millilitres of breath was 53 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £110. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 14 months.
DAVID BURGESS, aged 46, of Victoria Road, Blandford Forum. Admitted assault by beating. Also admitted breaching a conditional discharge. Made subject to community order with supervision requirement for 12 months.
MICHELLE NOLAN, aged 44, of Ash Close, Shaftesbury. Found guilty in absence of using a colour television receiver without a licence. Fined £500 and ordered to pay costs of £90.
