Old photographs go on display to show Bere Regis in bygone times

A DISPLAY of old photographs showing Bere Regis in bygone times will be on show at a coffee morning and table-top sale to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society on March 22 between 10am and noon.

The event will take place in the village hall in North Street, Bere Regis, near Dorchester and will include a café with homemade cakes and an exhibition of old photographs plus Mike Eastment’s short film of old Bere Regis images.

There will also be a raffle, good quality second hand books, bric a brac and household items.

Tables are being sold to local businesses for £5 each to fill the hall. To take part or help on the day please book in advance on 01929 472023.
