A NEW support service for people with long term health conditions and their carers is coming to Weymouth and Dorchester.

The My Health My Way service offers non-clinical support for free from specially trained health coaches on the NHS.

It is commissioned by the Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group and provided by My Health Dorset, a partnership between charity Help and Care and local health organisations.

The next course in Dorchester will run on Wednesdays for six weeks from May 14 from 1.30pm to 4.30pm at the Dorset Youth Association Hall in Lubbecke Way.

A six-week course will run every Monday from July 7 from 2pm to 4.30pm at the Weymouth Community Fire Station in Radipole Lane.

The service is accessible by referral or people can self-refer on 0303 303 0153 or email
