The Dorset Sole Sisters running club danced, swung, stretched and exercised for Sport Relief raising more than £100 for the cause.
The women-only running club for all ages usually run on Monday evenings in Dorchester and Wednesday evenings in Weymouth.
Alison Walker from the group said: “A total of 26 ladies met for a day packed full of fun and fitness.
“Sessions included yoga, kettlebells, athlefit, zumba, mindfulness, nutrition, ladies and weight training, as well as researching common running injuries. Everyone had a healthy lunch and went home with a goody bag with discount vouchers, water bottles and other freebies.”
