KEITH JOSEPH AIREY, aged 31, of Selwyn Close. Admitted possessing two grams of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Ordered to be detained in courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.
TOM POULTON, aged 23, of Bath Street. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. Order varied to include curfew requirement.
NICHOLAS SHARP, aged 68, of Hope Street. Found guilty in absence of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver when required. Fined £600 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.
MIKALA CANDICE SAMWAYS, aged 36, of Lea Road. Admitted driving at a speed exceeding 30mph on a restricted road. Fined £75 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Licence endorsed with four penalty points.
TEEJAY BARKER, aged 25,of Ranelagh Road. Admitted breaching a community order. No adjudication, dealt with for original offence. Original offence of using violence to secure entry to a premises. Committed to prison for two months, suspended for one year. Original offence of criminal damage. Committed to prison for one month, to be served concurrently and suspended for one year. Overall length of sentence two months, suspended for one year.
STEVIE JAMES RONIE, aged 21, of Ranelagh Road. Admitted being drunk and disorderly. Discharged conditionally for six months.
DAVID ANTHONY PAICE, aged 32, of Australia Road, Chickerell. Admitted assault by beating. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody. Made subject to a community order with supervision requirement and ordered to take part in the Building Better Relationships programme. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay costs of £85
