A PARAGLIDER received medical attention after hitting rocks at speed.
Portland Coastguard Helicopter was called to Teignmouth at around 2.23pm on Sunday to assist Brixham MRCC and ARCC.
They helped provide a medical evaluation of the paraglider who had fallen from 50ft.
Earlier that day, Portland Coastguard received a 999 call reporting a dog falling from a cliff in the Durlston Head area.
Officers from Swanage Coastguard Rescue Team and Swanage Inshore Lifeboat attended the scene at around 1.34pm.
The dog was recovered to the lifeboat but did not survive the fall.
