HAYLEY HENDRIX, aged 35, of Brixeys Lane, Wareham. Found guilty in absence of using a colour television receiver without a licence. Fined £55 and ordered to pay costs of £120.
JOSEPH PHILIP WOOD, aged 28, of Chalk Pit Lane, Wool, Wareham. Found guilty in absence of driving at a speed exceeding 50mph in contravention of a Local Traffic Order. Fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Licence endorsed with three penalty points.
DANIELLE HADEN, aged 27, of Christmas Close, Wareham. Admitted failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver when required. Fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.
DAVID GEORGE DORE, aged 56, of Cunningham Close, Bovington, Wareham. Admitted driving a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in 100 millilitres of breath was 49 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £500 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for one year.
IVAN THORNLEY, aged 54, of Days Road, Swanage. Admitted criminal damage to property. Fined £75 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Also admitted breaching a conditional discharge. No action taken on breach.
