As you say, NearlyLocal, so sad.

With all due respect, we have no idea of whether this 28 year old man from Taunton has committed any offence, either criminal or traffic, as he has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

If, at a later date he is charged and convicted, then he should have the book thrown at him, but until such times, may I suggest that you keep the comments about this man to a reasonable level. Once he is convicted by a court of law, you can have as much of a go as you like, but until he is so convicted, keep your nasty comments to yourself NearlyLocal.

Be assured that if he is convicted, he will get such a lambasting from me, but until such time as this happens, he is, in law, an innocent man. I would not want you on a jury if I was on trial as you would convict before hearing the evidence, your comments so far attest to that.

So who was the muppet thgat minus scored me, but could not be bothered to argue their reason for doing so.

My comments were perfectly valid based on the laws of our country that state we are innocent till proven guilty in a court of law either by self plea of guilty or after trial by jury with 12 men and women good and true.

If you want to minus my comment, then at least have the decency to come in with an argument based on facts, don't just minus a comment because you don't like it.

Anyone got any reasonable comment on this that they would like to share, or are you all going to lie behind your pseudonyms and keyboards and just negative any comments you don't like. Time to man or woman up and have constructive and valid comments instead of just minusing people.
