ALL LANES on the A31 near Ringwood have been re-opened following a road traffic collision this morning.

A spokesman from Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said a heavy goods vehicle collided with a Transit van pushing it against the central reservation.

The incident took place around 11am.

Long delays still remain with queses back through the New Forest.

Firefighters were on scene attempting to release a male driver from the transit van.

No one is believed to have been injured during the collision.
