Licence endorsed with four penalty points. Also admitted failing to produce a driving licence when required to do so. No separate penalty.

JAMES CRICHTON MCKENZIE, aged 83, of Stour Drive, Wareham. Admitted using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third party insurance Fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.
