MEP welcomes scrapping of European roaming charges by 2015
South West England Liberal Democrat MEP Sir Graham Watson has welcomed the European Parliament’s decision to scrap mobile roaming charges in the EU by December 2015.
“Ending rip-off roaming fees will mean people travelling in Europe will be able to use their phones just like they do at home, whether that’s using maps, downloading apps or sharing photos online,” he said.
