The Stroke Association has announced new findings on mini-strokes that reveal thousands of people dismiss their passing symptoms as ‘just a funny turn,’ leaving them at risk of having a stroke.
The charity’s latest report shows that many mini-stroke patients did not call 999 as they said their symptoms did not feel like an emergency.
