Two vehicles in collision near Piddletrenthide junction
Two vehicles were involved in a road traffic collision on Thursday.
The incident took place on Old Sherborne Road near to the Piddletrenthide junction.
Dorset Fire and Rescue Service arrived at the scene with two fire engines just after 1pm. A woman was freed from one of the vehicles using hydraulic cutting equipment. She was then taken to Dorset County Hospital by ambulance after struggling for breath.
