Man charged with causing death by dangerous driving following A35 crash
A MAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following an incident on the A35 near Briport last year.
David Churcher, 32, of Bournemouth is accused of causing the death of 49 year-old Stephen Christopher Fawcett outside Woodlands Farm Kennels on August 19.
Churcher will appear at Weymouth Magistrates Court on May 7.
