A recent survey has revealed that people who live in the South West are the savviest savers in the country.
The survey, conducted by Scottish Friendly, shows that 61 per cent of people living in the South West will put aside or invest money from their disposable income.
The average amount of money set aside by each person each month is £66, which is the lowest contribution in the country.
