Kidney Care Team Patient Information Day at Dorchester Hospital is invite only
The Dorset Kidney Fund has been informed that the Kidney Care Team Patient Information Day on April 22 is not open to patients unless they have been formally invited.
Anyone with concerns should contact the DFK directly on 01305 269293. The information day is being held at Dorset County Hospital.
