BUS operator First says it will be operating its services in Dorset throughout the bank holiday weekend period, with more buses running than ever before on Easter Sunday.
Buses will run to a Sunday timetable today, on Sunday and on Monday with a normal Saturday service tomorrow.
Route details for Sunday include buses from Weymouth to Portland on Service 1 every 10 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes in the evening.
Service 2 to Littlemoor will operate every 15 minutes during the day and on a 20 minute frequency in the evening.
Simon Newport, general manager of First Dorset said: “This is the best ever level of service we have operated on a Sunday.
“We hope this will encourage our customers, both residents and tourists alike, to make full use of the additional buses running that day.”
