Rick Birley to entertain
ST MARY’S Church in Edward Road is hosting an evening of orchestral, vocal and piano music by Rick Birley.
A number of talented musicians will be performing at the Notes In May event on Saturday, May 24, which starts at 7.30pm.
The evening will feature Matthew Ward on violin, Sally Flann on cello, Duncan Honeybourne on piano and soprano Abbi Temple.
The ensemble will be led by Christina Scott and directed by Matthew Hardy.
An exciting programme of music on the night will include six Hardy songs and seven folksong ballads.
