Five vehicles in Dorchester had their wing mirrors damaged in a spate of vandalism last night.

Vehicles parked in Cromwell Road and Alfred Road were damaged in the early hours of this morning.

A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "We had reports of a number of cars in the Cromwell Road area being damaged over night, quite possibly in the early hours.

"All the cars were parked on the road and had their wing mirrors ripped or kicked off.

"We are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who has any information to contact us.
