Magna Housing alarm monitoring service praised
AN ALARM monitoring service which is part of Dorset housing group Magna has been praised in a review.
Magna Careline successfully completed its annual audit against the Telecare Services Association Code of Practice without the need for qualification or improvement notices.
All of Magna Careline’s services were examined in the review. Inspectors said it was a ‘well run company with strong policies and procedures’.
The TSA Integrated Code of Practice is a nationally recognised, independently inspected, quality framework against which service providers of telecare and telehealth services can be accredited.
