Dorset Echo: Support group for parents of difficult teenagers Support group for parents of difficult teenagers

A SUPPORT group for parents with challenging teenagers has organised a seminar about drugs with Dorset Police in Dorchester.

Anyone who is concerned about the effects of drug usage, including professionals who work with children, is welcome to attend the free event that has been organised by the Hang on in There group.

The talk is being held from 7pm in the main hall at the Dorset Youth Association Hall in Lubbecke Way, Dorchester.

The group was organised by mums Nicky Cumber and Elizabeth Clark last year to offer an informal setting where parents of difficult youngsters could share stories and get advice.

The group meets fortnightly on Wednesdays at the Dorset Youth Association centre from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. For more details email hang.oninthere@ yahoo.com
