A MAN whose disappearance sparked a police alert has been found safe in Weymouth.
Richard Brockbank, 27, from Berkshire, was believed to be in Dorset as his car was found in Wareham.
He was last seen at a petrol station in Newbury last Monday night.
Dorset Police, which had made an appeal on behalf of Thames Valley Police, said Mr Brockbank was found 'safe and well' in Weymouth at 9.40pm last night.
A spokesman thanked the public for their support during the course of the inquiry.
