Discharged conditionally for 12 months. In a separate case admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Caroline Place, Weymouth. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

JOSHUA LEWIS CRICHTON, aged 24, of no fixed abode. Admitted at Weymouth stealing two bottles of perfume to a value of £142.50 belonging to Debenhams PLC. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

JOSEPH MICHAEL SUTTON, aged 26, of Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth. Admitted assault by beating. Community order with requirement to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £100 and £45 costs.

Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

TONY SMITH, aged 53, of Ranelagh Road, Weymouth. Admitted to possessing a controlled drug of Class B cannabis. Also admitted to failing to surrender to custody at Weymouth Magistrates Court. Discharged conditionally for six months. Fined £35.

SARAH BARNES, aged 47, of Bridlebank Way, Weymouth. Admitted theft from a shop of food and drink items to the value of £6.92. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £6.92.

NIGEL SHAUN TREADWELL, aged 36, of Lennox Street, Weymouth. Found guilty of stealing a Baby Belling electric cooker and an Electrolux fridge to the value of £250. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £250.

CHRISTOPHER COTTERILL, aged 32, of Walpole Street, Weymouth. Admitted to pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another person, which included sending text messages some of a threatening nature. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made.

TERRI-LEA HIGBEE, aged 25, of Devon Road, Weymouth. Admitted to assault by beating. Community order made with curfew requirement and electronic monitoring requirement for four months. Ordered to pay compensation of £200 and costs of £100.

CHARLOTTE ANGELA MCDONALD, aged 25, of St Alban Street, Weymouth. Admitted to assault by beating. Community order made with curfew requirement and electronic monitoring requirement for four months. Ordered to pay compensation of £200.

JOSH JAMES BARTLETT, aged 24, of Benville Road, Weymouth. Admitted to failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. His suspended sentence is now a 12 week prison term suspended for 12 months with a two week curfew requirement. he also admitted to failing to comply with a different community order made by another court, and received an additional two week curfew requirement.

CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL BEAUMONT, aged 42, of Beaumont Avenue, Weymouth. Admitted to harassment, breach of a restraining order. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Admitted a second charge of above offence. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent. Admitted committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. For original offence of harassment, breach of restraining order, suspended sentence of imprisonment of 18 weeks suspended for 24 months implemented.

GARRY ROSS STONE, aged 30, of Douglas Road, Weymouth. Admitted to theft from a shop, stealing a Wahl Professional Hair Clipping Set to the value of £169.99. He also admitted to possessing a controlled drug of Class B cannabis, and breaching conditional discharges imposed in January and February last year. A community order was made with a supervision requirement lasting for 12 months. Required to undertake 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and take part in a specified activity for 10 days. In a separate incident, admitted to theft from another shop, stealing two Hot Wheels children’s toys to the value of £30. Ordered to pay £30 in compensation.
