MOUNT Kilimanjaro climbers Fran Ryan and Sue Cox will be hosting a quiz night to raise funds for children’s charity Chicks.
The quiz, along with a bumper raffle, will take place at the Centenary Club in Jubilee Close, Weymouth on Friday, June 6 from 7.30pm.
It’s £2 per person to enter, with teams of up to six.
The Weymouth women, who fly out on August 13 to climb the Tanzanian mountain, are funding the trip themselves, so every penny they can raise through donations will go straight to the charity.
Chicks provides free respite breaks to disadvantaged and emotionally, physically or sexually abused children across the UK.
