Man arrested on suspicion of GBH
A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm in an incident in which the alleged victim lost part of his ear on The Esplanade.
Police were called to the Dorothy Inn at around 5.20am on Saturday where it was alleged a 32-year-old man had been assaulted.
A 24-year-old Weymouth man has been arrested and released on police
