RIZGAR ABDULLAH, aged 23, of Wakeham, Portland. Proved in absence of driving a vehicle on A3049 Dorset Way, Poole, at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour. Fined £200. Also proved in absence of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six penalty points.
COLIN PAUL JEFFREY, aged 45, of Reforne, Portland. Admitted stealing a bottle of wine to the value of £4.99, belonging to Co-op Stores, Portland. Community order made with supervision requirement for nine months and alcohol treatment requirement for six months. Ordered to pay £4.99 compensation. Also admitted further charges of theft from Co-op Portland, stealing a bottle of wine to the value of £6.49, stealing two bottles of wine to the value of £9.98, and stealing three bottles of wine to the value of £14.97. Community order with requirements as above and ordered to pay three amounts of compensation, £6.49, £9.98 and £14.97. Also admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Dealt with for original offence of stealing clothing from Matalan in Weymouth and given community order with requirements as above.
TIMOTHY JAMES KELLY, aged 32, of Fortuneswell, Portland. Admitted assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for six months. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £25 costs.
