COUNCIL staff who have gone beyond the call of duty or given excellent service could be in line for an award.
Residents are being asked to help in that process by nominating a Dorset County Council employee who deserves recognition.
DCC is asking local residents to send in their nominations online for the 2014 Pride Awards, which recognise achievement and excellent service by county council staff.
Chairman of the county council John Wilson said: “We’d like to hear from you if you’ve come in contact with a member of staff or team that you feel is making a real difference to the lives of people in Dorset.”
To make a nomination visit dorsetforyou.com/prideawards before June 27.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in September.
