Admitted driving a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in blood was 108 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months. Also admitted using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance. Fined £100.
JANET M FISCHER, aged 70, of Fortuneswell, Portland. Admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis and cannabis resin, a controlled drug of Class B. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
