STEVEN RICHARD KELLEY, aged 19, of St George’s Road, Dorchester. Admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Community order with requirement to be under curfew for three months and to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £60 compensation and £85 costs.

SAMUEL KOBBY BOLTENG, aged 38, of Cromwell Road, Dorchester. Application to reopen a case following conviction for an offence of travelling on a train without paying for a ticket. Case reopened. Conviction and sentence set aside. Original offence reopened. Admitted not being in a designated compulsory ticket area and entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket entitling him to travel. Fined £135 and ordered to pay £4 compensation and costs of £110.

ANDREW DALE CALVERT, aged 19, of Blagdon Road, Dorchester. Proved in absence of travelling on a railway without having previously paid his fare and with intent to avoid payment. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £2.05 compensation and £140 costs.

JOHN MARK POOLE, aged 21, of Buttermarket, Poundbury, Dorchester. Proved in absence of travelling on a railway without having previously paid his fare and with intent to avoid payment. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £1.95 compensation and £140 costs.

ANDREW GREEN, aged 47, of High East Street, Dorchester. Admitted driving a vehicle on Wimborne Road, Poole, at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £55. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 28 days.
