BENJAMIN SHANE LEE, aged 22, of High Street, Gillingham. Proved in absence of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Also proved in absence of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.
BENJAMIN DAVID ARNOLD, aged 26, of Highfields, Blandford Forum. Admitted driving a vehicle on the A3049 Dorset Way at Poole at a speed exceeding 50mph. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Licence endorsed with 3 penalty points. Conviction set aside for offence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
RYAN JOSEPH BYRN, also known as RYAN JOSEPH BYRNE, aged 24, of Acreman Street, Sherborne. Admitted criminal damage to the wing mirror of a car. Committed to prison for 6 weeks. Admitted four further charges of criminal damage to wing mirrors of four other cars and committed to prison for 6 weeks for each to run concurrently. Overall length of sentence is 6 weeks.
