CATTISTOCK Summer Festival takes place on June 28 and 29.
On the first day there will be a jazz band at 7.30pm in the Savill Hall. Tickets cost £8, including a light supper. Please contact Hillary on 01300 321027 or Pam on 01300 320340 On the second day there will be floral displays and art in the church, teddy zipping, stalls and ice creams. You can also meet a life-sized Dalek!
There will be a Songs of Praise service in the evening.
STRATTON will be holding a Summer Fayre on Sunday June 29 from 2pm on the village green.
The event will feature the Dolphin Marching Band ‘One Band, One Sound’.
There will also be a Novelty Dog Show (sponsored by Park House Pet Supplies), Children’s Races and Games, a Bouncy Castle and Crockery Smashing, along with the usual stalls and attractions – coconut shy, skittles, lots to eat (teas, cakes and ice cream).

They take the form of reflective worship with songs and brief but thoughtful teaching.
The next meting will be held at Rectory House in Evershot at 5pm on Sunday June 29.

Members should meet there at 2pm for a 2.15pm tour, followed by tea and cakes.
