Keeping spirit of island alive
PORTLANDERS are being invited to join in a celebration of the Isle.
This year’s Spirit of Portland Festival will be held from Saturday, July 26, to Sunday, August 3, and will include music and stalls along the sea wall.
There will be an open-air cinema screening at Pennsylvania Castle and a Lego workshop at Portland Museum as part of the activities.
The festival will draw to a close with a fayre at Portland Marina from noon on August 3 and there will be a fireworks display from 9pm.
