WE opened the door to room C33 and were greeted by a quiet, focused atmosphere. We invited Iona Adair, pictured above, aged 14 from Woodroffe to be interviewed. She told us that she loved art and would enjoy being an illustrator as a hobby but aimed to become an interior designer.
In the workshop students were in the process of creating a pop art book to illustrate a story of their own creation. Iona said it was like putting her ‘literary thinking into art to create a reader-friendly environment’.
She could not fault the class and only wished for more time to paint.
