FILMING will take place on Weymouth Esplanade tonight for an ITV drama.
Motorists are being warned that there could be delays along the road while filming takes place, although the road will not be officially closed.
The filming is part of an ITV drama production but the exact project is unknown.
Filming will take place from 8.30pm by Alexandra Gardens.
The filming will involve someone walking along the Esplanade and the crew are going to set up a taxi rank in parking bays by the gardens.
The idea is that it will look like the actors have gone on a night out in Weymouth.
Hoteliers around the area have been informed, as have Condor Ferries, in case people are coming off the ferry.
The production will not close the road but there may be delays.
